National Educators Empowerment & Digital Inclusion Roadmap (2025–2030)
A transformative Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to strengthen Pakistan’s educational ecosystem and bridge the digital divide through inclusive capacity building.
Overview
As the non-profit arm of MENTISERA Enterprises, the MENTISERA Foundation is proud to introduce our national Educators Empowerment and Digital Inclusion Roadmap for 2025–2030.
Through this roadmap, we have set an ambitious goal: to train, mentor, and digitally empower 100,000 educators across Pakistan by 2030, with a special focus on including women, rural teachers, and professionals just starting their careers.
This initiative will be delivered entirely online, making it accessible, scalable, and inclusive for educators in every province. MENTISERA will serve as the dedicated training and technology partner, providing a robust digital learning infrastructure, adaptive content, and AI-powered mentorship to teachers nationwide.

Our Mission
Digitally upskill 100,000 educators across Pakistan by 2030.

Core Programs under the CSR Roadmap
MENTISERA Digital Educators Fellowship (MDEF)
A 6-month online capacity-building program for school, college, and university teachers.
Focus Areas:
- Digital teaching skills
- AI integration in education
- Classroom innovation and learning design
- Cyber safety and data ethics
- Internet governance and policy awareness
This fellowship equips educators with globally competitive skills while promoting responsible internet use, in harmony with ISOC’s mission.
MENTISERA Women in Digital Education Program (MWDEP)
A specialized initiative under our gender equity agenda to train female educators, trainers, and entrepreneurs.
Focus Areas:
- E-learning and virtual classroom management
- Content creation and digital pedagogy
- Women’s leadership in technology and education
This aligns with SDG 5 (Gender Equality) and ICANN’s commitment to promoting women’s participation and leadership in digital innovation.
