1. Agreement to Terms

MENTISERA Academy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal and professional development purposes. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website.

This content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Pakistan and foreign countries. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Islamabad, Pakistan.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
